Exercise for Ectomorph body

Ectomorph people are people with narrow wrist.Ectomorph have to focus mainly on diet and exercise.                                            Diet-Diet of Ectomorph include high calorie diet normally 1000 calories above their daily need.Ectomorph have to take 2.2g/kg protein ,0.5-1 g/kg Fat and high carbohydrate diet depends on exercise.        Exercise-   Exercise of ectomorph must be  consisting of Deadlift, Squats,Bench press,Over head press,Bent over row  together with Tricep Pull down,Barbell curl,Push up,Pull up, With rep from to 8-10.    Each exercise set  must be 30-45 second long ,Rest time-45-1 minute.              Workout must end from 30-45 minutes.
